Recently, my office has received several phone calls concerning strange radar units. After reviewing the discovery provided to the defendant, we determined the unit had odd outputs and issues with stability, which directly violates state and federal regulations and laws.
One of the ways is to level the playing field. The Officer is an expert in the use of speed detection device(s), such as radar, lase / lidar, pacing / pace, vascar, gap time, aerial enforcement. Retain a qualified expert in that field.
